Sectional door, the panel is made by galvanized steel which the surface is polyester and double with filling. The middle part material is the insulation course for polyurethane insulation. The thickness is 40MM. The banding is collocated by the surface of the panel. The hinges are depend on the banding result to the door can enter into the track. The bottom and the top is made by globular vinyl which the direction is following up the panel. The bottom sealing strips and the profile sealing strips prevent from the wind, rain and seepage. The balance system of the door is made up the  tensional spring high level steel, and the flan chard. The tight wire is twine on the wheel. The tight wire is joined to the anti-fracture device in the bottom of the door. So in the balance system condition, It's so convenient to open the door without the motor.

Characteristic
Hand movement or motor-driven (within 30S open of all) prevent from the wind, rain and seepage. The salability is very good.Hand movement operation is quick and convenient. Thermal insulation property is good for preventing from the high wind.

All doors balanced with heavy-duty springs made if high tensile wire, with a minimum life cycles of 20,000.
A long life cycles above standard up to 30,000 is available for option. All springs are electric galvanized for anti corrosive.
